استهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على درجة تطبيق أعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في الجامعات الأردنية للأساليب الديمقراطية على طلبتهم من وجهة نظر الطلبة أنفسهم، في ضوء متغيرات، النوع، والمستوى الدراسي، وتألفت عينة الدراسة من (329) طالبًا وطالبة من الجامعات الحكومية الأردنية، وتألفت أداة الدراسة من (22) فقرة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي (المسحي). وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن أستجابات أفراد العينة حول درجة تطبيق أعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في الجامعات الأردنية للأساليب الديمقراطية جاءت مرتفعة، حيث بلغت نسبة تطبيق الأساليب الديمقراطية على الفقرات ككل (3.19). وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) في درجة تطبيق الأساليب الديمقراطية تبعا لمتغير النوع، ولصالح الإناث مقارنة بالذكور. وأظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) لمتغير المستوى الدراسي، ولصالح سنة رابعة مقارنة بسنة ثانية. The purpose of this study is to identify the degree of implementation of faculty members of Jordanian universities for the democratic methods of their students from viewpoint of students themselves, In light of the variables, gender, and academic level, The study sample consisted of (329), students from Jordanian public universities, the study consisted of a tool (22) items, to achieve the objective of the study the descriptive approach (survey) is used. The results of the study: that the responses of the sample on the degree of application of faculty members at Jordanian universities of the methods of democracy was high, Where the percentage of the application of the methods of democracy on the whole items (3.19), and the results showed a statistically significant difference in the significance level (α=0.05) in the degree of application of democratic methods depending on the sex variable, and in favor of females compared to males. The results also showed the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0,05 = α) to the variable level of the academic level, and for the fourth year compared to seconds.
