هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع جودة تعليم مقررات التربية الإسلامية بجامعة شقراء في ضوء معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (21) عضوًا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة شقراء. استخدمت الدراسة أداة عبارة عن "استبانة معايير جودة تعليم مقررات التربية الإسلامية"، مع تطبيق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: بناء قائمة بمعايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة المرتبطة بتعليم مقررات التربية الإسلامية بكليات التربية (عفيف - الدوادمي - شقراء - المزاحمية) شملت جودة مدخلات، وعمليات، ومخرجات الموقف التعليمي. تراوحت درجة توافر معايير جودة مدخلات الموقف التعليمي بين متوسط وجيد. لوحظ عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) في واقع جودة تعليم مقررات التربية الإسلامية بجامعة شقراء تعزو لنوع الكلية أو الجنس. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحسين كل من جودة مدخلات، وعمليات، ومخرجات الموقف التعليمي، مع وجوب شيوع ثقافة تحسين الجودة التعليمية بداخل مؤسسات التعليم العالي. This study aimed to identify the state of the quality of the teaching of Islamic education courses at Shaqra University based on Total Quality Management (TQM) standards. The study sample consisted of (21) faculty members of Shaqra University. The study used the questionnaire as a tool to "identify the quality standards for the teaching of Islamic education courses. The descriptive analytical approach was used. The study found the following: Building a list of TQM standards related to the teaching of Islamic education courses at the Faculties of Education (Afif, Dawadmi, Shaqra, Al-Muzahmiyeh), including the quality of educational inputs, processes and outputs. The availability of quality standards for educational situation inputs ranged from average to good. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the quality of education of Islamic education courses in Shaqra University, due to college or gender. The study recommended that the quality of the inputs, processes and outputs of the educational situation should be improved, with the culture of improving the quality of education within the institutions of higher education.
