يعد الإشراف التربوي عملية ديموقراطية انسانية ويمثل جوهر العملية التعليمية برياض الأطفال ويهدف إلى تطوير النمو المهني لمعلمات الروضة وإلى تقديم خدمات فنية متعددة تشمل المعلم والمتعلم والبيئة التعليمية وذلك لتحقيق النمو الشامل وتحسين الظروف التعليمية ومن هنا جاء البحث الراهن للوقوف على مدى فعالية الإشراف التربوي في تنمية الكفايات المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في ضوء معايير الجودة وتقديم تصور مقترح لدور الاشراف التربوي في تنمية الكفايات المهنية فى ضوء معايير الجودة. وانتمت هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات التقويمية. واعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بطريقة الحصر الشامل للمعلمات التربويات الموجودين بالمدارس الحاصلة على الجودة وعددهم (68) معلمة موزعين على عدد (34) قاعة تدريسية وعدد (15) مدرسة بإدارة كفر الدوار التعليمية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تصور مقترح لفعالية الإشراف التربوي فى تنمية الكفايات المهنية لمعلمة الروضة فى ضوء معايير الجودة وهى (كفايات التخطيط - التنفيذ - إدارة الصف - إدارة جوانب التعلم - التواصل - أخلاقيات المهنة - التنمية المهنية - كفايات التقويم). Educational supervision is a humanitarian democratic process and represents the essence of the educational process in kindergartens. It aims to develop the professional growth of kindergarten teachers and to provide various technical services including teacher, learner and the educational environment to achieve comprehensive growth and improve educational conditions. Hence, the current research to determine the effectiveness of educational supervision in the development of professional competencies for the teachers of kindergartens in light of the quality standards and provide a suggested scenario for the role of educational supervision in the development of professional competencies in the light of quality standards. This study was based on the evaluation studies and was based on the survey methodology (86) teachers distributed in the number of (43) teaching hall and the number of (51) schools in the administration of Kafr El Dawar educational and the study reached a proposed vision for the effectiveness of educational supervision in the development of professional competencies of the kindergarten teacher in light of the criteria Quality (planning skills - implementation - management of the classroom -management of aspects of learning - communication - ethics of the profession -professional development -assessment competencies.
