هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فعالية برنامج قائم على استراتيجيات التعلم المنظم ذاتيا لتحسين الأداءات التدريسية للطالبات معلمات الاقتصاد المنزلي وفقاً لأدوارهن المستقبلية وأثره فى تنمية مستويات عمق المعرفة لدى طلابهن .وقد شملت أدوات البحث على (إستبيان لتحديد الأدوار المستقبلية للطالبات معلمات الإقتصاد المنزلي - بطاقة ملاحظة للأداءات التدريسية للطالبات معلمات الإقتصاد المنزلي - إختبار مستويات عمق المعرفة لطلبات الصف الأول الثانوي)، وبعد تطبيق البرنامج على عينتي البحث وتطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا وبعديا وتجميع البيانات وإجراء المعاملات الإحصائية لإستخلاص النتائج. توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج من أبرزها: 1) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطى درجات المجموعة التجريبية فى التطبيق القبلي و البعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداءات التدريسية للطالبات معلمات الإقتصاد المنزلي وفقاً لأدورهن المستقبلية لصالح التطبيق البعدي، 2) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة فى التطبيق البعدي لإختيار مستويات عمق المعرفة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. وتوصي الباحثة فى ضوء النتائج التى تم التوصل إليها إلى أهمية تقديم دورات تدريبية خاصة بتحسن مستوى الأداء التدريسي لخريجات ومعلمات الإقتصاد المنزلي وفقا لأدوارهن المستقبلية. The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of program based on self-regulated learning strategies in improving teaching performance for home economics female teachers students according to their future roles and its impact on development depth of knowledge levels to their pupils. The research tools included (a questionnaire to identify the future roles for home economics female teachers students - a monitoring card of teaching performance for home economics female teachers students according to their future roles - depth of knowledge levels test for first secondary pupils) after the application of the program to the two research sample, and pre and post application of research tools and compilation of data and conduct statistical analysis to extract the results of research, that were reached most prominent or which were: 1) the presence of statistically significant difference between the mean scores of experimental group in the pre and post application of the monitoring card of teaching performance for home economics female teachers students according to their future roles in favor of the post application, 2) and the presence of statistically significant difference between the mean scores of experimental group. And control group in the post application of depth of knowledge levels test in favor of the experimental group. It is recommended by the researcher in the light of the results reached to the importance of providing training for graduates and home economics teacher to improving teaching performance according to their future roles.
