يهدف البحث تطوير مهارات مديري المدارس المصرية اليابانية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، ليتعامل مع الواقع المعايش بالمدارس المصرية اليابانية في مصر مع رصد هذا الواقع، بالإضافة للبحث من أجل الوصول إلى نتائج علمية يمكن من خلالها توجيه مجموعة من الإجراءات التي تسهم في تحديد ملامح التصور المقترح لتطوير مهارات مديري المدارس المصرية اليابانية في مصر. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: تقوم وحدة المدرسة المصرية اليابانية بوضع معايير لاختيار مدير المدرسة طبقاً لما تحدده الوزارة، قلة اهتمام مدير المدرسة بتوضع تصور مستقبلي للعمل بالمدرسة، قلة مشاركة مدير المدرسة في فرق التخطيط الاستراتيجي للمدرسة، يهتم مديري المدارس المصرية اليابانية بعقد مشاركات مع مؤسسات المجتمع المدني الإنتاجية، وقلة الاهتمام بالاستعانة بالخبراء من المجتمع المحلي لحل قضايا المدرسة. The current research aimed at developing the skills of Egyptian- Japanese school principals, and the study used the descriptive approach, to deal with the reality living in Egyptian-Japanese schools in Egypt with monitoring this reality, in addition to research in order to reach scientific results through which a set of measures can be directed that contribute to defining features. The proposed scenario for developing the skills of Egyptian-Japanese school principals in Egypt. The results of the study concluded: The Egyptian Japanese School unit sets criteria for selecting the school principal, according to what is determined by the ministry. The lack of interest of the school principal in developing a future vision for the school's work, Lack of participation of the school principal in the school's strategic planning team, Egyptian Japanese school principals are interested in holding partnerships with productive civil society institutions, Lack of interest in using experts from the local community to solve school issues.
