استهدف البحث التعرف على دور عمليات إدارة المعرفة في تطوير أداء المدرسة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت؛ وذلك من خلال التعرف على الأسس النظرية لعمليات إدارة المعرفة وفقا للأدبيات المعاصرة؛ والكشف عن ملامح إدارة المدرسة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت؛ والوقوف على أهم المحددات العلمية لأداء المدرسة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت؛ وتحديد الإجراءات المقترحة لتفعيل دور عمليات إدارة المعرفة في تطوير أداء المدرسة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت. وظف البحث المنهج الوصفي حتى يحقق أهدافها العلمية ويجيب عن تساؤلاته البحثية؛ وكان من أبرز نتائجها قلة معرفة بعض قيادات المدارس المتوسطة بمختلف المناطق التعليمية بعملية التحليل الاستراتيجي وخاصة التحليل الرباعي؛ وتساعد الصحة التنظيمية في المدرسة المتوسطة على تحقيق الأداء الاستراتيجي لها، وتوفر عمليات إدارة المعرفة إمكانات جديدة وقدرات تنافسية مميزة للمدرسة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت بالإضافة إلى إسهام عمليات إدارة المعرفة في زيادة فاعلية المدرسة حيث توثر إيجابا على سلوك العاملين بها. The current research aimed to identify the role of knowledge management processes in developing the performance of the middle school in the State of Kuwait, by identifying the theoretical foundations of knowledge management processes in accordance with contemporary literature, revealing the features of middle school management in the State of Kuwait, and identifying the most important scientific determinants of the performance of the middle school in the State of Kuwait and defining the proposed procedures to activate the role of knowledge management processes in developing the performance of the middle school in the State of Kuwait, and the research employed the descriptive approach in order to achieve its scientific objectives and answer its research questions, and among the most prominent results of it was the lack of knowledge of some middle school leaders in the various educational districts of the process of strategic analysis, especially the quarterly analysis. The organizational health in the middle school helps to achieve its strategic performance, and knowledge management processes provide new capabilities and distinct competitive capabilities for the middle school in the State of Kuwait, in addition to the contribution of knowledge management processes in increasing the effectiveness of the school as it positively affects the behavior of its employees.
