يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على حوكمة التعليم في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال، والوقوف على أهم متطلبات الجودة الشاملة، واستخلاص الأدوار الجديدة التي تفرضها متطلبات الجودة الشاملة على مؤسسات رياض الأطفال لتطبيق حوكمة التعليم بها، والوقوف على تحديات حوكمة التعليم في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال، والتعرف على سبل التغلب على تحديات حوكمة التعليم بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتطبيق حوكمة التعليم في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في ضوء متطلبات الجودة الشاملة. واستخدمت الباحثة في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتتكون عينة الحث من (102) مديراً ومديرة لمؤسسات رياض الأطفال من ثمانية إدارات تعليمية هي إدارات: شرق، والمنتزة، ووسط، وغرب، والجمرك، والعامرية، وبرج العرب، والعجمي. واستخدمت الباحثة استبانة دور إدارة الروضة في حوكمة التعليم بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال (إعداد الباحثة). وتوصلت الباحثة إلى تحديات حوكمة التعليم بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، وتعرفت على وجهة نظر مديري مؤسسات رياض الأطفال عن سبل التغلب على تحديات حوكمة التعليم، وقدمت الباحثة تصور مقترح لتطبيق حوكمة التعليم في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في ضوء متطلبات الجودة الشاملة. This research aims to identify education governance in kindergarten institutions, and identify the most comprehensive quality requirements. It points out the new roles imposed by the overall quality requirements on kindergarten institutions to apply education governance, and determine the challenges that face education governance in kindergarten institutions. It demonstrates the ways to overcome the challenges of applying education governance in kindergarten institutions. It submits a suggested model to apply education governance in kindergarten institutions in light of the overall quality requirements. The researcher used in this research descriptive and analytical approach. The research sample consists of (102) principals of the institutions of the kindergarten from the eight educational departments: East, and Montazah, Central, West, and customs, and Amiriyah, the Burj Al Arab, and Ajmi. The researcher used a questionnaire to identify the role of the school's administration in education governance in institutions of kindergarten. The researcher was able to determine the challenges of education governance in kindergarten institutions and was able to understand the viewpoint of kindergarten institutions managers for ways to overcome the challenges of education governance. The researcher suggested a proposal to apply education governance in kindergarten institutions in light of the overall quality requirements. (Published abstract)
