هدف البحث إلى التحقق من فاعلية واستمرارية مدخل الإرشاد بالواقع في تخفيف حدة المخاوف المرضية لدى الأطفال متعددي الإعاقة. ومن أجل ذلك الهدف تضمن البحث (40) من الأطفال متعددي الإعاقة بمدارس التربية الخاصة بمدينة طنطا في مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة بالتساوي. واستخدم البحث استمارة المستوى الاجتماعي الاقتصادي للأسرة، ومقياس المخاوف المرضية للأطفال متعددي الإعاقة، وبرنامج الإرشاد بالواقع. وأسفرت أهم نتائج البحث عن فاعلية واستمرارية مدخل الإرشاد بالواقع في تخفيف حدة المخاوف المرضية لدى الأطفال متعددي الإعاقة. The aim of the research was to verify the effectiveness and continuity of the reality counseling approach in alleviating the disease concerns of children with multiple Impaired. For this purpose, the research included (40) children with multiple Impaired in special education schools in Tanta City in two experimental and equal control groups. The research used a questionnaire of the socio-economic level of the family, the measure of sickness concerns of children with multiple Impaired, and the reality counseling program. The most important results of the research resulted in the effectiveness and continuity of the de facto counseling approach in alleviating the disease concerns of children with multiple Impaired.
