تسعى الدراسة إلى طرح تصور معرفي لتأسيس "جامعة حضارية" تضطلع بمهمة مواجهة التحديات المعرفية التي تواجهها الأمة من ناحية، ومن ناحية ثانية بعث وإحياء المشروع النهضوي الحضاري العربي والإسلامي، ومن ناحية ثالثة بناء منظور معرفي حضاري تنطلق منه ثورة معرفية وعلمية تضع مجتمعاتنا في إطار التنافس والتكافؤ الحضاري. وتنقسم الدراسة إلى ستة محاور بالإضافة إلى الإطار النظري والنتائج والتوصيات. المحور الأول: رؤية نقدية لواقع الجامعات في العالم العربي والإسلامي. المحور الثاني: التحديات المعرفية التي تواجه الجامعة العربية والإسلامية. المحور الثالث: الآراء الباعثة لمفهوم الجامعة الحضارية. المحور الرابع: وظائف الجامعة الحضارية. المحور الخامس: الأطر الحاكمة للجامعة الحضارية. المحور السادس: متطلبات الجامعة الحضارية. This study attempts to provide epistemological concept to establish a "Cultural Collage", with the mission of facing the epistemological challenges that confront the nation, on one hand, and reviving and renovating the Islamic Arab cultural project of renaissance, on the other hand, together with establishing cultural epistemological concept, that stems from epistemological scientific revolution; to put our societies in the frame of cultural equivalence and competition. This study is divided into six main chapters, in addition to the theoretical frame, findings and recommendations: First Chapter: A Brief on the reality of universities in the Arab and Muslim world. Second Chapter: Epistemological Challenges that confront the Muslim and Arab Collage. Third Chapter: The views upon which the concept of the "Cultural Collage" is built. Fourth Chapter: Uses of the "Cultural Collage." Fifth Chapter: frameworks of the "Cultural Collage." Sixth Chapter: Requirements of the "Cultural Collage." (Published abstract)
