هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن حالة الهوية النفسية السائدة لدى طلبة كلية العلوم التربوية في جامعة جرش في ضوء المتغيرات (النوع، والعمل، والحالة الاجتماعية). تكونت عينة الدراسة من (165) طالباً وطالبة من كلية العلوم التربوية تخصص معلم صف، منهم (48) طالباً و (117) طالبة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. ولقياس حالة الهوية النفسية طورت الباحثة مقياس اشتمل على (16) فقرة ليتناسب مع أغراض الدراسة الحالية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان المتوسطات الحسابية قد تراوحت مابين (1.54-2.33)، حيث جاء تحقيق الهوية في المرتبة الأولى بأعلى متوسط حسابي بلغ (2.33)، بينما جاء انغلاق الهوية في المرتبة الأخيرة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (1.54). أما بالنسبة لحالات الهوية النفسية حسب متغيرات الجنس، العمل، الحالة الاجتماعية فقد أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر العمل في جميع حالات الهوية النفسية باستثناء انغلاق الهوية واضطراب الهوية وجاءت الفروق لصالح من لا يعمل. أيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لأثر الحالة الاجتماعية في جميع حالات الهوية النفسية باستثناء تحقيق الهوية وجاءت لصالح المتزوج. The study aimed to identify the prevailing psychological identity among students of the Faculty of Educational Sciences at Jerash University in light of the variables (gender, employment, and marital status). The sample of the study consisted of (165) students from the Faculty of Educational Sciences in classroom teacher specialization, including 48 male and 117 female students, they were selected randomly. To measure the mental state identity, the researcher developed a measure included (16) items to meet the purposes of the present study. Results of the study showed that the averages have ranged from (1.54-2.33), the identity came in the first place with the highest arithmetic average (2.33), while lock identity took the last place with a arithmetic average (1.54). As for the cases of psychological identity variables as sex, work, marital status, the results showed no statistically significant differences due to the impact of the work in all cases with the exception of identity lock, identity disorder and identity differences. the differences were in favor of non-worker. Also there were no statically significant differences in the impact of the social situation in all cases of psychological identity except the identity esteem and came in favor of married peoples.
