هدفت الدراسة التعرف على السعادة وعلاقتها بالذكاء الأخلاقي لدى عينة من طلبة المرحلة الأساسية في مدارس الأغوار الوسطى، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (350) طالباً وطالبة، وقد استخدمت الباحثة مقياسي السعادة والذكاء الأخلاقي، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى السعادة متوسط لدى عينة الدراسة، ووجود علاقة ايجابية دالة بين السعادة والذكاء الأخلاقي لدى عينة الدراسة وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة في مستوى السعادة والذكاء الأخلاقي تعزى لأثر الجنس ووجود فروق في مستوى السعادة تعزى لأثر الصف وجاءت الفروق لصالح الصف الثالث الأساسي، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الباحثة ضرورة العمل على غرس القيم الإسلامية لدى الطلبة ليتمكنوا من مواكبة العصر والانفتاح على العالم محافظين على قيمهم وعاداتهم المنبثقة عن الشريعة الإسلامية. The study aimed to identify the happiness and its relation to moral intelligence among a sample of basic school students at the central Jordan Valley, The researcher used the descriptive Correlation approach The study sample consisted of 350 male and female students, The researcher used the happiness and moral intelligence scale. The results indicated that the level of happiness among the study sample was moderate, the result also showed there is a positive relationship between happiness and moral intelligence .moreover there were no significant differences in the level of happiness and moral intelligence attributed to the impact of gender variable while there were differences in the level of happiness due to the impact of class differences and the differences were in favor of the primary third grade, In light of the findings the researcher recommended that the need to work on instilling Islamic values among students to be able to keep up with the times and open up to the world on the conservative values and habits derived from Islamic law.
