استهدفت الدراسة الكشف عن مدي تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مدارس دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المديرين والمديرات؛ دراسة أسس وفلسفة ومبادي إدارة الجودة الشاملة؛ تقديم رؤية لصانعي القرار حول إمكانية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مدارس دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المديرين والمديرات. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة على عدد 115 مدير ومديرة في المرحلة المتوسطة (الجهراء، الأحمدي، مبارك الكبير) بدولة الكويت. ومن خلال نتائج الدراسة الميدانية والدراسة النظرية قدمت الدراسة تصور مقترح لتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مدارس دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المديرين والمديرات. The study aimed at detecting the extent of the application of total quality in the schools of the State of Kuwait from the perspective of managers and managers manage; the study of the principles and philosophy of universal principles of total quality management; provide insight to decision-makers about the possibility of the application of total quality in the schools of the State of Kuwait from the perspective of managers and managers manage. The study used the descriptive method, and the study tool was applied on the number of 115 principals in the middle stage (Jahra, Ahmadi, Mubarak Al-Kabeer), the State of Kuwait. And through the results of the field study and theoretical study presented depicting a proposal for the application of total quality in the schools of the State of Kuwait from the perspective of managers and managers manage.
