هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف متطلبات تحقيق التميز التنظيمي بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت على الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (112) مدير و(205) مدير مساعد. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على متطلبات تحقيق التميز التنظيمي بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت في ضوء بعض النماذج المعاصرة بدرجة (كبيرة)، وجاء ترتيب المحاور على النحو التالي: الثقافة التنظيمية، التنمية المهنية للمعلمين، التخطيط الاستراتيجي، القيادة المدرسية، إدارة الموارد البشرية، الهيكل التنظيمي. أوصت الدراسة بمجوعة من التوصيات مرتبطة بتحقيق هذه المتطلبات لتحقيق التميز التنظيمي بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت. The study aimed to identify the requirements to achieve organizational excellence in middle school schools in the State of Kuwait in the light of some contemporary models. The study used the descriptive method, and the study relied on a questionnaire to collect information, and the study sample consisted of (112) directors and (205) assistant directors. The results of the study found the following: The approval of the study sample members on the requirements to achieve organizational excellence in middle school schools in the State of Kuwait in light of some contemporary models to a (large) degree. The axes were arranged as follows: organizational culture, professional development for teachers, strategic planning, school leadership, human resource management, organizational structure. Then the study recommended a set of recommendations related to achieving these requirements to achieve organizational excellence in middle school schools in the State of Kuwait. (Published abstract)
