هدفت الدراسة التعرف على توجهات معلمات رياض الأطفال الجدد والمدراء نحو البرنامج التدريبي التشاركي للعامين 2019-2020، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج الكيفي. واعتمدوا أداتين للبحث، الأداة الأولى وهي الاستبانة كوسيلة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت من قسمين: القسم الأول تناول البيانات الشخصية، والقسم الثاني تكون من (25) فقرة موزعة على ثلاث محاور: المعرفة، والمهارة، والمخرجات، وتم اعتماد معامل الصدق والثبات حسب الأصول العلمية والبحثية المتبعة، وأما الأداة الثانية فهي المقابلات شبه المفتوحة. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من المعلمات الجدد في الروضات وعددهن (193) معلمة، والعينة حجمها (164) معلمة لأداة الاستبانة، والمدراء وعددهم (120) وعينة حجمها (36) مدير لأداة المقابلات، ضمن الفصل الأول للعام الدراسي 2020-2021. توصل الباحثون إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن نسبة توجهات معلمات رياض الأطفال نحو البرنامج التشاركي لمجال المعرفة (%80.0) وهي نسبة عالية، ومجال المهارة (%79.5) وهي نسبة عالية، و مجال المخرجات (%80.6) وهي نسبة عالية. The purpose of this study is to identify the orientations of the new kindergarten teachers and managers towards the participatory training program for the years 2019/2020, and the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, and the qualitative method. The researchers also relied on two tools. The first one was the questionnaire in order to collect data, and consisted of two parts: the first section dealing with personal data, and the second section consisting of (25) paragraphs divided into three axes: knowledge, skill, and outputs. The coefficient of honesty and stability has been adopted according to the scientific and research principles followed, and the second tool is semi-open interviews. The study community is one of the (193) new teachers in kindergartens, the sample size (164) for the questionnaire, the (120) managers and the sample size (36) managers of the interview tool, within the first semester of the 2020-2021 academic year. The researchers collected the data, analyzed it and came out with the following conclusions: The most important is that the ratio of kindergarten teachers to the participatory knowledge program (80.0%) It is a high percentage, and the field of skill (79.5%) This is a high percentage, and the field of output (80.6%) It is a high percentage.
