هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بناء وتقنين مقياس للكشف عن القيادة الأخلاقية لدى المشرفين التربويين واستخدام هذا المقياس في محاولة الكشف عن ممارسات هؤلاء المشرفين للقيادة الأخلاقية، اعتمدت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (115) مشرف ومشرفة ممن يعملون في وزارة التربية والتعليم في فلسطين للعام الدراسي (2020-2021). تكون المقياس الذي تم بناؤه في صورته النهائية من (57) فقرة في أربع مجالات هي: مجال القيادة الأخلاقية على مستوى القيادة الشخصية، ومجال القيادة الأخلاقية على مستوى العلاقات الإنسانية، ومجال القيادة الأخلاقية على مستوى الصفات الإدارية، ومجال القيادة الأخلاقية على مستوى التطوير المدرسي. وللتحقق من ثبات مقياس القيادة الأخلاقية تم حساب معامل الاتساق الداخلي للمقياس باستخدام معادلة كرونباخ ألفا، وكانت قيمة ثبات الاتساق الداخلي للمقياس الكلي (0.9280). تم فحص مدى ملائمة البيانات التحليل العاملي عن طريق اختبار کايزر - ماير أولكن۔ وبارتلت test s'Bartlett & KMO وكانت قيمته (0.894)، كما تم استخدام محك كاتل Cattell بالاعتماد على الطريقة البيانية. This study is aimed to construct and validate a scale to measure ethical leadership amongst educational supervisors, and to uncover the practices of these supervisors of ethical leadership. This study adopted the descriptive approach and included a sample of 115 educational supervisors working at the Palestinian ministry of education for the academic year (2020-2021). The scale, in its final form, consisted of (57) items in four domains: the field of moral leadership at the level of personal leadership, the field of ethical leadership at the level of human relations, the field of ethical leadership at the level of administrative qualities, and the field of ethical leadership at the level of school development. To validate the moral leadership scale, the internal consistency factor of the scale was calculated using the Cronbach alpha equation, and the internal consistency value of the overall scale was (0.9280). The adequacy of the data was checked for factor analysis by using the Kaiser-Mayer-Ulken Bartlett test. KMO & Bartlett's test and its value was (0.894). Also, Cattell’s criterion was used depending on the graphical method. (Published abstract)
