تهدف المراجعة الأدبية هذه إلى فهم وتطبيق القيادة التحويلية كنظرية وكيفية تطبيقها في مجال التعليم على وجه الخصوص. تستعرض هذه الدراسة تسع أدبيات متمحورة حول استخدام نظرية القيادة التحويلية في التعليم وتحدد ثلاث موضوعات رئيسية: 1) العولمة والتعددية الثقافية، 2) السلوك والاستعداد، 3) الإنجاز. عند مراجعة هذه الأدبيات، تركز الباحثة على كيفية تأثير القيادة التحويلية على سلوك القيادة وممارستها في محاولة لتحسين إنجازات الطلاب. تدرس الباحثة أيضًا القيود المفروضة على تطبيق القيادة التحويلية. في الختام، خلصت الباحثة إلى أن القيادة التحويلية تتطلب من القادة إظهار مهارات محددة تركز على التنفيذ العادل للإصلاحات الرئيسية. This literary review aims to understand and apply Transformational Leadership as a theory and its application, especially in education. In this study, three main themes are identified through reviewing and analyzing nine studies on Transformational Leadership Theory in Education; the themes are 1) Globalization and Multiculturalism, 2) Behavior and Preparedness, and 3) Achievement. In reviewing these works, a focus is centered on enhancing students’ achievement, given improved leadership behavior. The limitations within the application of Transformational Leadership are also discussed within this review; the author later concludes that it can be applied successfully through commitment and advanced and fair skillset of the leaders.
