هدف البحث إلى تحقيق الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: ما التحديات الإدارية والتقنية في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي في إدارة تعليم محافظة ينبع من وجهة نظر المشرفات التربويات؟ وما أهم الإستراتيجيات والطرق للتغلب على التحديات الإدارية والتقنية في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي في إدارة تعليم محافظة ينبع؟ واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكانت أداة الدراسة هي الاستبانة. وتكونت العينة من (73) مشرفة تربوية من إدارة تعليم محافظة ينبع. وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة: أن المتوسط العام على فقرات المحور الأول والثاني قد بلغ (،3.51 3.64 درجة من 5 على الترتيب)، والتي تشير إلى خيار (موافق) على أداة البحث. وأن المتوسط العام على فقرات المحور الثالث قد بلغ (4.24 درجة من 5)، والتي تشير إلى خيار (موافق بشدة) على أداة البحث. وكانت أهم التوصيات: تفعيل نظام التقييم الذاتي في إدارة التعليم. وتوفير هياكل تنظيمية مرنة تتناسب مع متطلبات الأداء. والعمل على توفير نظام متطور لضمان الجودة في إدارة التعليم. The aim of the research is to answer the following questions: What are the administrative and technical challenges in achieving institutional excellence in the management of education in the province of Yanbu from the point of view of the educational supervisors? And what are the most important strategies and ways to overcome the administrative and technical challenges in achieving institutional excellence in the management of education in the province of Yanbu? The study was based on the descriptive analytical method, and the study tool was a questionnaire, and the sample consisted of (73) educational supervisors from the Education Department of Yanbu Governorate. The most important results of the study: that the general average on the items of the first and second axis reached (3.51 and 3.64 degrees out of 5, respectively), which indicates the (agree) option on the search tool. And that the overall average on the third axis items was (4.24 out of 5), which indicates a (strongly agree) option on the search tool. The most important recommendations were: Activating the self-evaluation system in the Education Department. Providing flexible organizational structures to suit performance requirements. And work to provide an advanced system for quality assurance in education management. (Published abstract)
