هدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد القضايا الطبية التي يحتاج طلبة كلية الطب بجامعة صنعاء إلى معرفة أحكامها الشرعية، وبناء برنامج في ضوء ذلك لتنمية الوعي بها، وتكونت عينة البحث من (180) طالبا وطالبة يدرسون في مستويات كلية الطب الستة للفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 2014-2015م. وقد قام الباحث بتصميم قائمة تضمنت ثلاث قضايا طبية (القديمة، والمعاصرة الإنسانية، والمعاصرة المادية)، وقد احتوت كل واحدة من هذه القضايا على عدد من القضايا الفرعية، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، حيث بلغ معامل الثبات بحساب إعادة الثبات (88%)، وبعد تطبيقها على عينة البحث، ومعالجة البيانات بواسطة برنامج (spss) -المتوسطات، والانحرافات المعيارية، والنسب المئوية. The current research aims at identifying the medical issues needed by the students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Sana'a to know its legal provisions, and then build a program in the light of this knowledge. The research sample consisted of (180) students, studying at the six levels of the Faculty of Medicine, in the second semester of the academic year 2014/2015. The researcher has designed a list that included three medical issues (old, contemporary humanitarian, and contemporary physical), each of which contained a number of sub-issues, verifying its validity and reliability. The reliability coefficient reached (88%) after the application of the list on the research sample, and processing data by the program (spss) – the means, the standard deviations, and percentages.
