هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة استخدام الإشراف الإلكتروني في المدارس الحكومية من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمديرين للمرحلة الثانوية في مدارس العاصمة عمان. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، مع تصميم استبانة كأداة للدراسة الميدانية وقد تكون عينة الدراسة من (34( فرداً من المشرفين والمشرفات في مكتب التعليم بمحافظة العاصمة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: إن استجابات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة حول محور درجة واقع المشرفين والمشرفات للإشراف الإلكتروني بمحافظة العاصمة حيث جاءت بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي (2.65(. وقد جاءت استجابات عينة الدراسة حول محور معوقات استخدام الإشراف الإلكتروني مجتمعة بمتوسط حسابي (2,63( وبدرجة عالية، وحول أبعاد هذا المحور جاءت وفق الترتيب الآتي: المعوقات التنظيمية بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي (2,70)، المعوقات التقنية بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي (2,69)، المعوقات البشرية بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي (2,60)، المعوقات المادية بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي (2,53). ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( (0,05بين استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى للجنس لصالح الإناث، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,05) بين استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لـسنوات الخدمة والدورات التدريبية في مجال الإشراف الإلكتروني. ومن أهم التوصيات: إعادة صياغة أهداف تطبيق الإشراف الإلكتروني بما يناسب العصر الحالي، زيادة الورشات التدريبية التي تتناول طرق تفعيل الإشراف الإلكتروني للمشرفين والمشرفات. The study aimed to know the Reality of Using Electronic Supervision in Government Schools from the Point of View of Supervisors and Principals for the Secondary Stage in Amman Schools. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey method, with the design of a questionnaire as a tool for the field study. The study sample may consist of (34) male and female supervisors in the Education Office in the Capital Governorate. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The responses of the study community members on the axis of the degree of supervisors' reality of electronic supervision in the Capital Governorate, where they came with a high degree and an arithmetic mean of (2.65). The responses of the study sample came about the axis of obstacles to the use of electronic supervision combined with an average of (2.63) and a high degree, and about the dimensions of this axis came according to the following order: organizational obstacles with a high degree and a mean of (2.70), technical obstacles with a high degree and an arithmetic average (2,69), human obstacles with a high degree and an arithmetic average (2.60), and physical obstacles with a high degree and an arithmetic mean (2.53). And there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the responses of the study sample due to gender in favor of females, and there are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the responses of the study sample due to years of service and training courses in the field of electronic supervision. Among the most important recommendations: reformulating the objectives of applying electronic supervision to suit the current era, increasing training workshops dealing with ways to activate electronic supervision for supervisors.
