هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على المشكلات التي تحد من تطبيق التربية البدنية في مدارس التعليم العام للبنات بالمدينة المنورة من وجهة نظر قائدات المدارس واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع البحث من قائدات مدارس التعليم العام للبنات في جميع المراحل الدراسية، واختيرت العينة بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية المنتظمة وبلغ عددها (150) قائدة، واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة كأداة للبحث بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، كما استخدمت برنامج (SPSS) للعمليات الإحصائية. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن هناك مشكلات في تطبيق التربية البدنية في مدارس التعليم العام للبنات بالمدينة المنورة من وجهة نظر قائدات المدارس، جاءت بدرجة منخفضة في جاهزية البيئة المدرسية وبدرجة متوسطة في المنهج الدراسي وبدرجة مرتفعة في المعلمة، كما توصل البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المدارس الحكومية والمدارس الأهلية جاءت لصالح المدارس الأهلية ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سنوات الخدمة المختلفة، وبعد ذلك توصلت الباحثة لحلول مقترحة لمشكلات تطبيق التربية البدنية من وجهة نظر قائدات المدارس من حيث تجهيز المدارس بصالات رياضية وتوفير معلمات تربية رياضية، وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة أوصت الباحثة بالاهتمام بالبيئة المدرسية وتجهيزها من كافة الاحتياجات الضرورية، وإيجاد الملاعب والأجهزة الرياضية، وتوفير معلمات مؤهلات مدربات لديهم خبرة بالتمارين الحركية، وتخصيص ميزانية سنوية من قبل وزارة التعليم للأنشطة الرياضية والحوافز للطالبات. This research aims to explore problems and difficulties that limit the application physical education in the female general education schools in al Madina Region from the viewpoint of the leaders of the female general education schools. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The research community is from the leaders of girls ’schools from all levels (primary, The average and secondary). The sample was chosen methodically. They were (150) leaders. The researcher used the questionnaire as a research tool after checking its validity and consistency, and also used the "SPSS" program for statistical operations. The results of this research indicate that there are problems in physical education in girls' schools. He came with a low degree in preparing the school environment, an average degree in school curricula, and a high degree for the teacher. The research also found a difference between public schools and private schools, which came in favor of private schools. and There is no difference between years of service. After that, the researcher came up with solutions to these problems from the viewpoint of the leaders to prepare schools with gyms and provide sports teachers. According to the previous results, the researcher recommended paying attention to the school environment and preparing it with all needs and finding playgrounds, equipment and sports tools for all students to practice these sporting activities. Also, providing qualified teachers with experience to practice physical education efficiently, and education experts make physical education curricula .and an annual budget is allocated by the Ministry of Education for sports activities, competitive programs and incentives for female students.
