استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة المدرسية لتعزيز القيم الوطنية لدى طالبات المرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المعلمات بمحافظة جدة، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية في المدارس الحكومية بشمال محافظة جدة البالغ عددهم (1708) معلمة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (370) معلمة تم اختيارهن عشوائياً، ولجمع وتحليل البيانات وظفت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة. حيث تكونت من (30) فقرة في صورتها النهائية، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن درجة ممارسة القيادة المدرسية لتعزيز قيم الانتماء والولاء لدى طالبات المرحلة الابتدائية جاءت بدرجة (كبيرة) بوسط حسابي قدره (4.195) وانحراف معياري قدره (0.903)، وجاءت درجة ممارسة القيادة المدرسية لتعزيز قيم الاحترام لدى طالبات المرحلة الابتدائية بدرجة(كبيرة) بوسط حسابي قدره (4.167) وانحراف معياري قدره (0.933)، وجاءت درجة ممارسة القيادة المدرسية لتعزيز قيم الهوية الوطنية لدى طالبات المرحلة الابتدائية بدرجة (كبيرة) بوسط حسابي قدره (4.048) وانحراف معياري قدره (1.011)، كذلك لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة على الدرجة الكلية للاستبيان تعزى إلى (المؤهل العلمي – التخصص المهني)، ولكن توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة على الدرجة الكلية للاستبيان يعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح سنوات الخبرة أقل من 5 سنوات. The study aimed to identify the degree of the practice of school leadership to promote national values among female primary school students in Jeddah from the point of view of teachers, The study used the descriptive approach, the study population consisted of all primary school teachers in government schools in the north of Jeddah, who numbered (1708) female teachers. The study sample consisted of (370) female teachers who were chosen randomly. To collect and analyze data, the questionnaire was employed as a tool for the study. It consisted of (30) paragraphs in its final form distributed over three axes. The first axis is to know reality of school leadership practice to enhance the values of belonging and loyalty among primary school students, the second axis is to know the reality of school leadership practice to enhance the values of respect among primary school students, and the third axis is to know the reality of school leadership practice to enhance the values of national identity among primary school students, .The results indicated that the degree of school leadership practice to enhance the values of belonging and loyalty among primary school students came to a (large) degree, with an arithmetic mean of (4.195) and a standard deviation of (0.903), and the degree of school leadership practice to enhance the values of respect among primary school students with a (large) degree With an arithmetic mean of (4.167) and a standard deviation of (0.933), the degree of school leadership practice to enhance the values of national identity among primary school students was at a (large) degree, with an arithmetic mean of (4.048) and a standard deviation of (1.011), There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the sample members on the total score of the questionnaire due to (the educational qualification - professional specialization), but there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the sample members The total score of the questionnaire was attributed to the variable years of experience in favor of years of experience less than 5 years.
