هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تصورات المشرفين التربويين وواقع ممارساتهم للإشراف التأملي في سلطنة عمان، والكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين تصوراتهم وممارساتهم للإشراف التأملي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وقد تم إعداد استبانة تكونت من (46) فقرة، موزعة على محورين، هما (تصورات المشرفين التربويين عن الإشراف التأملي في سلطنة عمان) و (واقع ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للإشراف التأملي في سلطنة عمان) وقد تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (456) مشرفا ومشرفة في جميع محافظات سلطنة عمان، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تصورات المشرفين التربويين عن الإشراف التأملي في سلطنة عمان جاءت بدرجة متوسطة بينما كانت ممارساتهم له بدرجة ضعيفة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين تصورات المشرفين التربويين عن الإشراف التأملي وممارستهم له. This study aims to identify the educational supervisors' perceptions and the reality of their practices for reflective supervision in the Sultanate of Oman. Moreover, it aims to reveal the correlation between supervisors' perceptions and the reality of their practices for reflective supervision. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire consisting of 46 phrases were prepared, distributed on two axes: (perceptions of educational supervisors about reflective supervision in the Sultanate of Oman), and (the reality of educational supervisors practicing reflective supervision in the Sultanate of Oman). The questionnaire has been distributed to a random sample of (456) supervisors in all governorates of the Sultanate of Oman, and the data were statistically processed using the Statistical Package for the social sciences (SPSS). The study concluded that the perceptions of educational supervisors and came in a medium degree, whilst their practices of reflective supervision came in a low degree. Moreover, the study concluded that there was a positive correlation between supervisors' perceptions and their practice of supervision. (Published abstract)
