يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر المناهج التربوية على تطوير وتعزيز الشخصية السعودية، كما يهدف إلى دراسة الشخصية السعودية في محاولة لتمكينها في سوق العمل. وتكمن أهميته في السعي الدائم للمملكة العربية السعودية نحو الإسهام في الجهد العلمي والمناهج التربوية في محاولة لإثرائها فيما يتعلق بقدرتها على تطوير وتعزيز الشخصية السعودية، كما وتنبع أهمية البحث بالتطرق إلى رؤية المملكة 2030، ومساهمتها في تطوير الشخصية السعودية وتعزيزها. بالإضافة إلى التطرق للبرامج التي أطلقتها المملكة لتنمية الهوية، من نتائج الوطنية وتحفيز المجتمع نحو النجاح والتفاؤل. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لقدرته على وصف متغيرات البحث وصفا دقيقا الدراسة: إن أبناء الوطن هم عماده وأساسه وهم القادرين على الارتقاء به نحو التقدم والازدهار، للمملكة القدرة الكبيرة في إطلاق عدد ضخم من المشاريع التنموية والاقتصادية على مستوى المملكة، وجود أثر كبير للمناهج التربوية، وأهميتها في النظم التعليمية، ودورها في تكوين وتنمية شخصيات قيادية، ومن أهم التوصيات: ضرورة إثراء المناهج التربوية بمحتوى علمي متطور والتأكيد على مساهمتها في تطور المجتمع والارتقاء به. بالإضافة إلى ضرورة الوقوف على أهم معوقات المناهج التربوية ووضع الحلول المناسبة مما يساهم في تنمية الفرد وتنمية قدراته واستعداده المعرفي وتفكيره واعتزازه بالقيم المجتمعية. The research aims to identify the impact of educational curricula on developing and strengthening the Saudi personality, and also aims to study the Saudi personality in an attempt to empower it in the labor market.
