هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على مستوى الممارسات الأدائية لمعلمي رياضيات المرحلة الابتدائية ضمن المعايير التخصصية لهيئة تقويم التعليم والتدريب من وجهة نظر المشرفين بمنطقة المدينة المنورة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة والتي تم توزيعها إلكترونياً على المشرفين، والبالغ عددهم (83) مشرف ومشرفة، تم اختيارهم عشوائياً. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن أفراد الدراسة موافقون بدرجة متوسطة على معيار تطبيق استراتيجيات تعليم الرياضيات وتعلمها بمتوسط (3.88 من 5)، وأظهرت أيضا أن أفراد الدراسة موافقون بمتوسط (4.01 من 5)، فيما يخص معيار حل المسألة الرياضية وتوظيف استراتيجياتها، وموافقون بدرجة بمتوسط (4.05 من 5)، فيما يخص معيار استخدام التواصل الرياضي وتوظيف مهاراته في تعليم الرياضيات، واتضح أن أفراد الدراسة موافقون فيما يخص معيار توظيف النمذجة الرياضية وتطبيقات الرياضيات بمتوسط (3.92 من 5)، وموافقون فيما يخص معيار تطبيق الاستدلال الرياضي ومناقشة حجج الآخرين بمتوسط (4.15 من 5)، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة فقد أوصى الباحث بتوجيه القائمين على تقويم ممارسة المعلم وأدائه بتقديم نتائجهم بشكل مستمر لممارسات معلم الرياضيات الأدائية، وعقد دورات تدريبية لمعلمي الرياضيات للمساهمة في رفع مستوى ممارساتهم الأدائية ضمن المعايير التخصصية لهيئة تقويم التعليم والتدريب. The current study aimed to identify the level of performance practices of primary school mathematics teachers within the specialized standards of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission from the point of view of the supervisors in AlMadinah Al-Munawwarah region. (83) Supervisors, were chosen at random, and the results showed that the study members agreed to a medium degree on the standard of applying mathematics teaching and learning strategies with an average of (3.88 out of 5), and also showed that the study members agreed with an average of (4.01 out of 5), with regard to the problem solving criterion And they agreed with an average degree (4.05 out of 5) with regard to the standard of using mathematical communication and employing its skills in teaching mathematics. Mathematical reasoning and discussing the arguments of others with an average of (4.15 out of 5), and in light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended directing those in charge of evaluating the teacher’s practice and His duty is to continuously submit their results to the practices of the performing mathematics teacher, and to hold training courses for mathematics teachers to contribute to raising the level of their performing practices within the specialized standards of the Education and Training Evaluation Authority.
