The study aimed to reveal the relationship between psychological burnout and creative performance among male and female students of King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. The study was conducted on a random sample of (234) individuals. The study relied on the descriptive correlative approach. The study concluded that there is an inverse relationship between psychological burnout and creative performance in the study sample, while there are no statistical differences in the average degrees of psychological burnout among the study sample according to the gender and academic level variable, and there are no statistical differences in the average degrees of creative performance among the study sample. According to the gender variable, and activating the role of social counseling to motivate creative students to confront psychological burnout with all their strength, based on the ideas that he brought to the modern self.
