The study aimed to identify the reinforcement and its role in controlling the lower basic stage students from the point of view of the teachers in Tulkarm Governorate in the first semester of the year 2020/2021 AD. The study sample included (200) female teachers from the basic stage, and the study population was (300) female teachers in Tulkarm Governorate only. The researchers used a questionnaire to measure the reality of using reinforcement in the control process, and it consisted of (35) paragraphs divided into three domains. In order to identify the results of the study, the following statistical treatments were used: Arithmetic averages, standard deviation, and percentages. The study showed several results, the most important of which is that there are no statistically significant differences on the arithmetic averages for the role of reinforcement in controlling basic stage students from the point of view of teachers in government schools in Tulkarm Governorate, depending on for a variable, marital status, years of experience, and academic qualification, the researchers recommended the need to use reinforcement to control female students in the basic stage.
