هدف البحث: تقديم تصور مقترح لنشر ثقافة التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعات اليمنية بناءً على الأدبيات ذات العلاقة بموضوع التعليم الإلكتروني. منهجية البحث: تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لكثير من نتائج البحوث والدراسات التي احتوت على أدبيات (المراجع، الكتب، الدوريات، الدراسات السابقة) حول التعليم الإلكتروني. أبرز نتائج البحث: اختتم البحث بتقديم تصور مقترح لنشر ثقافة التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعات اليمنية بعد استعراض للإطار الفكري والنظري للتعليم الإلكتروني، وكانت أبرز متطلبات تطبيق التصور المقترح كما يلي: 1) المتطلبات المادية وهي: توفير بنية تحتية (قاعات، أجهزة حاسوب) لإعداد دورات تدريبية وتوعوية لنشر ثقافة التعليم الإلكتروني، على أن تكون تلك الدورات بنظام دبلوم؛ لتحفيز وتشجيع المشاركين في الدورات. 2) المتطلبات غير المادية وهي: وجود قيادات أكاديمية فاعلة على شكل وحدة/ إدارة متخصصة بالتعليم الإلكتروني ضمن هيكل مركز التطوير الأكاديمي وضمان الجودة في الجامعات اليمنية لدعم عمليات وأنشطة التعليم الإلكتروني، رؤية ورسالة وأهداف محددة وواضحة. The goal of the research: To present a proposed conception to spread the culture of e-learning in Yemeni universities based on the literature related to the subject of e-learning. Research methodology: The descriptive and analytical method has been used for many research results and studies that contained literature (references, books, periodicals, previous studies) on e-learning. The most prominent results of the research: The research concluded with the production of a proposed concept for spreading the culture of e-learning in Yemeni universities, after a review of the conceptual and theoretical framework of e-learning. The most prominent requirements for applying the proposed perception, 1) The material requirements, which are: Providing an infrastructure (halls, computers) to prepare courses Training and awareness-raising to spread the culture of e-learning, provided that these courses are in a diploma system; To motivate and encourage the course participants. 2) The non-material requirements, which are: the existence of effective academic leaders in the form of a unit / department specialized in e-learning within the structure of the Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center in Yemeni universities to support e-learning processes and activities, a specific and clear vision, mission and goals.
