The current research discusses the launch of learning difficulties programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the efforts made to improve the learning environment for people with learning difficulties, and the obstacles to improving the quality of their education from the point of view of specialists, and the current research relied on the use of historical and descriptive approaches, and the use of scientific observation and personal interviews as research tools, The results showed that there is an urgent need to produce specialized technologies for teaching people with learning disabilities that contribute to the development of self-learning, especially for those in the middle and secondary stages, and the need for the educational environment for people with learning difficulties to study it and address obstacles to improving it, and the importance of joining hands with specialists in the field of (technology, learning difficulties, educational policies) with education developers to create a world-leading educational environment in the field of education for people with learning difficulties.(Published abstract)
