The study aimed to focusing in the importance of activity workbook for science curriculum in primary stage, and identification of these restrictions that prevent updating activity workbook in primary stage for science curriculum from teachers’ point of views at Yanbu governorate related to teacher and student and curriculum and school atmosphere, looking for the effect of variations (course specialization, years of experiences, training courses) in estimations of teachers for restrictions of activation of activity workbook for updated science curriculum. Descriptive curriculum has been used; the study community composed of all science teachers for primary stage at Yanbu governorate, their number (62), responded (61) teacher. For achieving the objectives of this study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire includes (34) sentences, distributed on 4 hubs, then assured its accuracy, authentication, then analysis data by SPSS program. The results of study revealed that the most hubs that teachers face restrictions of activation activity workbook is restrictions related to school atmosphere as lack of devices, tools, required materials for application of activities of activity workbook, allocate the last school period in schedule for science course. Then restrictions related to curriculum, as the length of science course that prevent activation of science workbook. Then restrictions related to student as decrease of skills of writing and reading for some students. Then restrictions related to teacher mainly the restrictions of routine not related to teaching for science teacher. The results of study revealed also that there are no differences of statistics indications between responses of teachers for identifying the restrictions concerning the specialization, years of experiences, differences of statistics indications concerning training courses. In terms of the results of study, it has been reached many recommendations and suggestions, i.e. feeling of developing needs for teachers, revising the skills of writing and reading required by activity workbook.
