هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المشكلات الإدارية التي تواجه مديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي في محافظة حضرموت في مجالات (التلاميذ، المعلمين، المباني، الإدارة العليا). في ضوء متغيرات الدراسة وهى: (النوع، وسنوات الخبرة الإدارية، ونوع المدرسة، والتدريب)، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) مديرًا ومديرة منهم (52) مديرًا، و (8) مديرات، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، وتم تطوير أداة البحث لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإدارات المدرسية تعاني من المشكلات الآتية: تسلط التلاميذ الكبار على الصغار، وكذا ازدحام جدول الحصص الأسبوعي للمعلم، وعدم تكييف الصفوف الدراسية، وضعف توفير العدد الكافي من المعلمين للمدرسة، مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في تقديرات مديري المدراس نحو مجالات الدراسة تعزي لمتغير النوع، وكذا نوع المدرسة، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في تقديرات مديري المدارس في مجالي (المباني والتجهيزات) تعزى لمتغير الخبرة لصالح من خبرتهم (5-1) سنوات، تعزى لمتغير التدريب، لصالح من ليس لهم تدريب، وفى ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الدراسة بسن مجموعة من القواعد والأنظمة المدرسية التي تنظم سلوكيات التلاميذ داخل المدرسة، وعقد دورات تأهيلية لمديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي، وتوظيف العدد الكافي من المعلمين للعمل في مدارس التعليم الأساسي في وادي حضرموت. The study aimed to identify the administrative problems which facing the principals of ,basic education schools in Hadhramaut governorate in the areas of (pupils, teachers, buildings ,senior management ),in light of the study variables, which are (gender, years of administrative experience, type of school, and training), and the researchers used The descriptive approach, and the study consisted a sample of (60) principals, including (52) male principals, and (8) female principals, who were chosen by random method. The research tool was developed to achieve the objectives of the study, and to ensure its validity and reliability. The study found that school administrations suffer from problems. The following problems are shedding adult students on young ones, as well as overcrowding of the teacher's weekly class schedule, lack of classroom adaptation, poor provision of a sufficient number of teachers for the school, and there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05)in the school principals& estimates towards the fields of study due to the variable the gender, as well as the type of school, and there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the estimates of school principals in the fields of (buildings and equipment) due to the variable of experience in favor of those with experience (1-5 )years, due to the variable of training, in favor of those who have no experience. Drib, and in light of the results of the study, the study recommended the enactment of a set of school rules and regulations that regulate the behavior of students with in the school, and the holding of qualifying courses for principals of basic education schools, and the recruitment of a sufficient number of .teachers to work in basic education schools in Hadhramaut Valley.
