هدفت الدراسة إلى تقصي دور البيئة المدرسية في تعزيز قيمة الانتماء لدى تلامذة الصف الرابع، بالإضافة إلى تعرف الفروق في دور البيئة المدرسية في تعزيز قيمة الانتماء لدى تلامذة الصف الرابع. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، قامت الباحثة ببناء استبانة للتلاميذ مؤلفة من (15) بندا، واستبانة للمعلمين مؤلفة من (16) بندا. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: 1) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات التلامذة على استبانة دور البيئة المدرسية في تعزيز قيمة الانتماء تبعا لمتغير الجنس ذكور/ إناث وتبعا لمتغير مكان الإقامة ريف - مدينة. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات المعلمين على استبانة دور البيئة المدرسية في تعزيز قيمة الانتماء تبعا لمتغير الجنس ذكور/ إناث، وتبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. The study aimed to investigate the role of the school environment in enhancing the value of belonging among fourth grade students. To test the study’s hypotheses and achieve the research objectives, the researcher built a questionnaire for students consisting of (15) items and a questionnaire for teachers consisting of (16) items. The results of the study: 1) There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students on the identification of the role of the school environment in enhancing the value of belonging according to the male/female gender variable and the variable of the place of residence rural/city. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of teachers on the identification of the role of the school environment in enhancing the value of belonging according to the male/female gender variable and the variable of years of experience.
