الغرض من البحث هو بيان دور الإدارة الالكترونية المتمثلة بــ "عتاد الحاسوب، شبكة الاتصال، البرمجيات، المورد البشري" في تعزيز الجاهزية الاستراتيجية والمتمثلة بالإبعاد "الجاهزية التنظيمية للتغيير، الجاهزية للقيادة والإدارة، جاهزية رأس المال البشري" بين عينة من منتسبي جامعة الكوفة. اذ تم اختيار عينة مكونة من "300" منتسب موزعين على تشكيلات الجامعة. وقد تم استخدم برنامج "SPSS" لاختبار العلاقة والتأثير بين المتغيرين. وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها تـؤدي الإدارة الالكترونية بأبعادهـا المختلفة دورا أساسيا في تعزيز الجاهزية الاستراتيجية اذ تعتبر موردا مهما يمكنها من التكييف مع المتغيرات البيئية. وفي ضوء ذلك، تم صياغة مجموعة من التوصيات، كان من أهمها: التحسين المستمر لواقع البنى التحتية في الجامعة المبحوثة وبالأخص تلك التي تكون لأزمة في مجال التكنولوجيا وشبكات الاتصال والتي تعتبر من أهم متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية وبما يعزز من جاهزيتها الاستراتيجية، حيث كان هذا بُعد (شبكة الاتصال) هو الوحيد من بين أبعاد الإدارة الالكترونية المذكورة انفا حيث لم يظهر له أثر معتبر في دعم الجاهزية الاستراتيجية في الجامعة المبحوثة. The purpose of the research is to explain the role of electronic management represented by “computer hardware, communication network, software, human resource” in enhancing strategic readiness represented by the dimensions “organizational readiness for change, readiness for leadership and management, readiness for human capital” among a sample of employees of the University of Kufa, as it was done Choosing a sample of “300” members distributed among the university’s formations. The “SPSS” program was used to test the relationship and influence between the two variables. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that electronic management, in its various dimensions, plays a fundamental role in enhancing strategic readiness, as it is considered an important resource that enables it to adapt to environmental variables. In light of this, a set of recommendations was formulated, the most important of which was the continuous improvement of the infrastructure situation in the university under study, in particular Those that are necessary in the field of technology and communication networks, which are considered one of the most important requirements for applying electronic management in a way that enhances its strategic readiness, as this dimension (communication network) was the only one among the dimensions of electronic management mentioned above, as it did not appear to have a significant impact in supporting strategic readiness at the researched university.
