سعت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن التمكين النفسي وعلاقته بالذكاء الروحي لدى معلمي المرحلة الإعدادية، وكذلك بحث اختلاف متغيري الدراسة باختلاف المتغيرات الديموجرافية (النوع - سنوات الخبرة). اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي المقارن، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (80) من معلمي المرحلة الإعدادية، طبق عليهم مقياسي التمكين النفسي (إعداد الباحث)، والذكاء الروحي من إعداد (وفاء عبد الجواد ورمضان عاشور، 2015). أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود ارتباط موجب ودال بين التمكين النفسي والذكاء الروحي لدى عينة الدراسة من معلمي المرحلة الإعدادية، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في كل من التمكين النفسي والذكاء الروحي تجاه الذكور مقارنة بالإناث، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في كل من التمكين النفسي والذكاء الروحي تجاه سنوات الخبرة الأعلى مقارنة بسنوات الخبرة الأقل. This study sought to reveal psychological empowerment and a relationship to spiritual intelligence among middle school teachers, as well as examining the differences in study variables according to different demographic variables (gender - years of experience). The study relied on the comparative correlative descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (80) middle school teachers, on whom were applied the two scales of psychological empowerment (prepared by the researcher), and spiritual intelligence prepared by (Wafaa Abdel-Gawad and Ramadan Ashour, 2015). The results of the study revealed a positive and significant correlation between psychological empowerment and spiritual intelligence among the study sample of middle school teachers, and the results indicated that there were statistically significant differences in both psychological empowerment and intelligence spirituality towards males compared to females, and there are statistically significant differences in both psychological empowerment and spiritual intelligence towards higher years of experience compared to lower years of experience.
