هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقويم جودة الخدمات التعليمية في المدارس الثانوية في ليبيا من وجهة نظر طلابها، وذلك على عينة من طلاب مدارس التعليم الثانوي في مدينة درنة الليبية، وفي ضوء أهداف البحث الحالي تم تحديد المشكلة في التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: 1) ما الإطار الفكري لجودة الخدمات التعليمية، وسبل تقويمها؟ 2) ما مستوى تقويم جودة الخدمات التعليمية في المدارس الثانوية الليبية، وأهم الأبعاد التي يتناولها البحث من وجهة نظر طلابها في مدارس التعليم الثانوي في مدينة درنة الليبية؟ 3) هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طلاب التعليم الثانوي في مستوى تقويم جودة الخدمات التعليمية من وجهة نظر طلابها باختلاف متغيرات البحث؛ (النوع، والتخصص)؟ 4) ما سبل تحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية في المدارس الثانوية الليبية من وجهة نظر طلابها؟ ولقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها: 1) أن مستوى جودة الخدمات التعليمية في مدراس التعليم الثانوي الليبية جاء منخفضا، وبمتوسط حسابي قدره (1.8670)، وبالتالي فإن الطلاب يرون أن هذه الخدمات دون المستوى المطلوب لتحقيق أهداف العملية التعليمية. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات عينة البحث من الطلاب في مدراس التعليم الثانوي في مدينة درنة تعزى لمتغير النوع؛ (الذكور، والإناث). 3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات عينة البحث من الطلاب في مدارس التعليم الثانوي في مدينة درنة تعزى لمتغير التخصص؛ (العلمي، والأدبي). The goal of current research evaluating the quality of educational services in secondary schools in Libya from the viewpoint of its students, and this was done by a sample of students from secondary education schools in the Libyan city of Derna. In light of the objectives of the current research, the problem was identified into several sub-questions: 1) what is the intellectual framework for the quality of educational services and ways to evaluate? 2) What is the level of evaluation of the quality of educational services in Libyan secondary schools and the most important dimensions that research deals with from the viewpoint of their students from a sample in secondary education schools in the Libyan city of Derna? 3) Are there statistically significant differences between secondary Education students in the level of evaluation of the quality of educational services from the viewpoint of their students according to the different research variables (type - specialization)? 4) What are the ways to improve the quality of educational services in Libyan secondary schools from the viewpoint of their students? The research relied on the descriptive approach, and the research reached a number of results and recommendations, and its important: 1) the level of quality of educational services in the Libyan secondary education schools came low and with an arithmetic average of (1,8670), and therefore students see that these services are substandard and do not satisfy them. 2) There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the averages of the research sample from students in secondary education schools in Derna city due to the gender variable (male - female). 3) There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the averages of the research sample from students in secondary education schools in Derna city due to the variable of specialization (scientific-literary).
