هدف هذا البحث إلى تطوير الأداء المؤسسي للتعليم العالي العربي في ضوء التوجه الريادي. وإستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكون البحث من الخطوات التالية :1) فحص دواعي تطوير التعليم العالي وطبيعة الإدارة المعاصرة لمؤسسات التعليم العالي. 2) تحليل الريادة الإستراتيجية لمؤسسات التعليم العالي .3) تحليل الأداء الريادي لمؤسسات التعليم العالي .وإنتهى البحث بتقديم نموذج مقترح للأداء الريادي من أجل تطوير مؤسسات التعليم العالي العربي. This research aimed to develop the institutional performance of the Arab higher education in the light of the entrepreneurial orientation. The research depended on the descriptive method to achieve its aim. It has included the following steps: 1) examining the reasons for developing higher education and the nature of contemporary management of higher education institutions. 2) Analysis of strategic entrepreneurship of higher education institutions. 3) Analysis of the entrepreneurial performance of higher education institutions. The research has concluded to submit a proposed model of the entrepreneurial performance for the development of the Arab higher education institutions. (Published abstract)
