يستند البحث الحالي إلى تحقيق عدد من الأهداف أهمها استكشاف المنطلقات الفكرية لجودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى القيادات المدرسية، والوقوف على الوضع الراهن لدى قيادات المدارس، بالإضافة إلى التوصل إلى مجموعة من الآليات المقترحة التي تساعد على تحسين جودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى القيادات المدرسية بالتعليم المصري. واعتمد البحث في معالجته على المنهج الوصفي، بالإضافة إلى أسلوب المجموعة البؤرية والتي شملت عينة من القيادات المدرسية والتعليمية. وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الآليات المقترحة التي من شأنها تحسين جودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى القيادات المدرسية بتعليم المصري، حيث تم تقسيم تلك الإجراءات وفق أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية التي تم تناولها في الإطار النظري. The current research aims to achieve a number of objectives, the most important of it, is to explore the intellectual aspects of the quality of work life of the school leaders and stand on the current situation of the school leaders, as well as to find a set of proposed mechanisms that help improve the quality of work life of the school leaders in Egyptian education. The study focused on the descriptive approach, in addition to the focus group method, which included a sample of the school and educational leaders. The research reached to several proposed procedures that improve the quality of work life of the school leaders in Egyptian education. The procedures divided according to the dimensions of quality of work life in the theoretical framework. (Published abstract)
