هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الصعوبات والمشكلات والمعوقات التي تواجهها طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة بجامعة القاهرة في التدريب الميداني، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم تصميم استبانة تضمنت عدة محاور تمثل المشكلات التي تواجه الطالبات والتي تتعلق ب (الجامعة، الروضة، المشرف، برامج وأنشطة رياض الأطفال) والتي قامت الباحثة ببنائها من واقع خبرتها في مكتب التربية الميدانية وعرضها على المتخصصين، وتم توزيع الاستبانة على عينة من الطالبات في الفرقة الثالثة والرابعة حيث جاء عدد طالبات الفرقة الثالثة 155 بنسبة (44.28) 195 من طالبات الفرقة الرابعة بنسبة (55.72). حرصت الباحثة على توزيع أفراد العينة على التخصصات المختلفة في الكلية بحيث يتم تمثيل كل تخصص بعدد متقارب، وكشفت البحث عن معاناة طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة من عدة مشكلات كما كانت معاناة طالبات الفرقة الثالثة أكبر من طالبات الفرقة الرابعة، وتم التوصل إلى عدد من المقترحات من أهمها وضع دليل معتمد من قبل كلية التربية يوضح مسؤوليات المشرف التربوي والرياض المتعاونة والكلية في مقرر التدريب الميداني ويضم آليات واضحة في عملية التقويم. The current study aimed to identify the difficulties, problems and obstacles faced by students of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education at Cairo University in practical education training, and the descriptive approach was adopted, where a questionnaire was designed that included several dimensions representing the problems facing students that are related to (the university, kindergarten, supervisor, programs And kindergarten activities (which the researcher built from her experience in the field education office and presented it to the specialists. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of female students in the third and fourth year, as the number of third year students reached 155 with a percentage of (44.28%) 195 from the fourth-year students with a percentage of 55.72) %). The researcher was keen on distributing the sample members to the different specializations in the college so that each specialization is represented by a similar number. The study revealed that the students of the College of Education for Early Childhood suffer from several problems, as the suffering of the third-year students was greater than that of the fourth-year students. A number of proposals were presented. The researcher proposed to develop a guide approved by the College of Education clarifying the responsibilities of the educational supervisor, the cooperating kindergarten, and the college in the field training course and include clear mechanisms in the evaluation process.
