هدف البحث إلى إعداد برنامج قائم على التعلم النقال لتنمية مهارات تصميم وإنتاج البرمجيات التعليمية الإلكترونية لدى طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة جامعة أسيوط وقياس أثره على اتجاهاتهن نحو التعلم الذاتي الإلكتروني، وتم تطبيق البحث على عدد 50 طالبة بالفرقة الرابعة بالفصل الدراسي الثاني بالعام الجامعي 2020-2021م. أعدت الباحثة مواد البحث التالية: قائمة مهارات تصميم وإنتاج البرمجيات الإلكترونية التعليمية اللازم توافرها لدى طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة، والبرنامج القائم على التعلم النقال. كذلك تم إعداد أدوات القياس التالية: اختبار تحصيلي لقياس الجانب المعرفي لتصميم وإنتاج البرمجيات الإلكترونية التعليمية، وبطاقة تقييم الجانب المهاري لمهارات لتصميم وإنتاج البرمجيات الإلكترونية التعليمية، وبطاقة معايير تقييم البرمجيات الإلكترونية التعليمية المنتجة باستخدام برنامج العروض التقديمية، وأخيرا مقياس اتجاه طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة نحو التعلم الذاتي الإلكتروني، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات (عينة البحث) في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لكلا من أدوات البحث (الاختبار المعرفي - بطاقة تقييم الجانب الأدائي) لصالح التطبيق البعدي مما يدل على فاعلية برنامج التعلم النقال في تنمية مهارات تصميم وإنتاج البرمجيات الإلكترونية التعليمية، كما توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود حجم تأثير كبير للبرنامج على اتجاه الطالبات نحو التعلم الذاتي الإلكتروني. The current research aimed to prepare a program based on mobile learning to develop the skills of designing and producing electronic educational software for students of the College of Early Childhood Education Assiut university and to identify its impact on their tendency towards electronic self-learning. This research was applied on 50 female students in the fourth year during the 2nd semester of the academic year 2020-2021. The researcher focused on the following research materials: a skills list for designing and producing electronic educational software that must be available to the female students, and the program that based on mobile learning. The following measurement tools were also prepared: an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect of the design and production of educational electronic software, the assessment card for the performance aspect of skills, and the criteria card for evaluating educational electronic software produced using the presentation program, and finally a measure of the attitude of the students towards electronic self-learning. The research indicated that there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the female students (the research sample) in the pre and post application of each of the research tools (the cognitive test and the performance assessment card) in favor of the post application, which indicated the effectiveness of the mobile learning program in developing skills for designing and producing electronic educational software. The results of the research were also indicated the presence of an impact of the program on the achievement of female students towards self-learning. (Published abstract)
