حددت مشكلة البحث في القصور في تنمية المفاهيم العلمية للقضايا البيوأخلاقية والقيم العلمية لدى طلاب الصف الأول االثانوي ويرجع ذلك إلى قصور مناهج البيولوجي في تناول الموضوعات الخاصة بالقضايا البيوأخلاقية وعدم اهتمامها بتنمية القيم العلمية للمرحلة الثانوية. استهدف البحث الحالي إلى تنمية بعض المفاهيم العلمية المرتبطة بالقضايا البيوأخلاقية والقيم العلمية لدى الطلاب بالحلقة الثانوية باستخدام برنامج مقترح قائم على التعلم النشط. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف، تم إعداد البرنامج المقترح ودليل المعلم وأوراق عمل الطالب، كما تم إعداد اختبار تحصيلي للمفاهيم العلمية ومقياس القيم العلمية. وتمثل التصميم التجريبي للبحث في تصميم مجموعة واحدة ذات القياسين القبلي والبعدي وتم تطبيق تجربة البحث على (39) طالب من طلاب الصف الأول الثانوي بمدرسة بناويط الثانوية. وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام اختبار "ت"، ومعادلة بليك. وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في تنمية بعض المفاهيم المرتبطة بالقضايا البيوأخلاقية والقيم العلمية لدى طلاب الصف الأول الثانوي. The research problem was identified in the lack of development of scientific concepts of the bioethics issues and scientific values of the first-grade students due to the lack of biological curricula in dealing with issues related to bioethics issues and their lack of interest in the development of scientific values of the secondary-stage. This research aims at developing some scientific concepts and scientific values of students in secondary school using a proposed program in scientific education in the light of biosafety. To achieve these goals, the proposed program, the teacher's guide and the student guide were prepared. To achieve this purpose, the quasi-experimental design was adopted in the design of one group with tribal and remote dimensions. The research experiment was applied to (39) students from the first grade of secondary school in benoit secondary school. The statistical processing was done using the T test and Blake's equation. The results of the research on the effectiveness of the proposed program in the development some scientific concepts of the issues of bioethics and scientific values of students in the first-grade secondary.
