يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير الأمن النفسي وعلاقته بمستوى الطموح لدى الطالبات المعلمات بكلية التربية شعبة رياض الأطفال جامعة دمياط. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، "أسلوب المسح"، اشتمل مجتمع البحث على الطالبات المعلمات بالفرقة الرابعة بكلية التربية شعبة رياض الأطفال جامعة دمياط وقد قامت الباحثة باختيار عينة عشوائية قوامها (125) طالبة يمثلون العينة الأساسية للبحث كما تم اختيار عينة أخرى استطلاعية وبلغت (27) طالبة، وكانت أهم النتائج: 1) وجود علاقة ارتباطيه طردية دالة إحصائيا بين أبعاد الأمن النفسي (الحياة العامة والعمل للفرد) والدرجة الكلية لمستوى الطموح لدى الطالبات والتي بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط (0.467). 2) وجود علاقة ارتباطيه طردية دالة إحصائيا بين أبعاد الأمن النفسي (الحالة المزاجية للفرد) والدرجة الكلية لمستوى الطموح لدى الطالبات والتي بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط (0.399). 3) وجود علاقة ارتباطيه طردية دالة إحصائيا بين أبعاد الأمن النفسي (العلاقات الاجتماعية والتفاعل الاجتماعي) والدرجة الكلية لمستوي الطموح لدى الطالبات والتي بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط (0.501). 4) وجود علاقة ارتباطيه طردية دالة إحصائيا بين الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الأمن النفسي والدرجة الكلية لمستوى الطموح لدى الطالبات والتي بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط (0.597). The research aims to identify “the impact of psychological security and its relationship to the level of ambition among female students at the Faculty of Education, Kindergarten Division, Damietta University. By choosing a random sample of (125) female students who represent the basic sample of the research, another exploratory sample was chosen, amounting to (27) female students, and the most important results were: 1) There is a direct, statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of psychological security (public life and work for the individual) and the total degree of the level of ambition among female students, which reached the value of the correlation coefficient (0.467). 2) There is a direct, statistically significant, correlation between the dimensions of psychological security (the mood of the individual) and the total degree of the level of ambition among female students, which reached the value of the correlation coefficient (0.399). 3) There is a direct, statistically significant, correlation between the dimensions of psychological security (social relations and social interaction) and the total degree of the level of ambition among female students, which reached the value of the correlation coefficient (0.501). 4) There is a direct, statistically significant, correlation between the total score of the psychological security scale and the total score of the level of ambition among female students, which reached the value of the correlation coefficient (0.597).
