هدف البحث إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات استخدام معلمات رياض الأطفال لأساليب التقويم البديل وتعرف أثره على اندماج أطفال الروضة في التعلم؛ ولغرض البحث تم إعداد قائمة مهارات استخدام أساليب التقويم البديل، وبطاقة ملاحظة، ومقياس الاندماج في التعلم، وبرنامج تدريبي. وتضمنت إجراءات البحث ونتائجه اختيار مجموعة من معلمات رياض الأطفال بلغ عددهن (28) معلمة لتطبيق البرنامج المقترح عليهن. أظهرت النتائج من خلال مقارنة أداء هؤلاء المعلمات في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة أن هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأدائين وذلك لصالح الأداء البعدي، كما اتضحت فعالية هذا البرنامج في تنمية مهارات استخدام المعلمات لأساليب التقويم البديل، وقد ثبت ذلك من خلال حساب نسبة الكسب المعدل التي جاءت (1.24). ولتعرف أثر البرنامج على اندماج أطفال الروضة في التعلم، تم اختيار مجموعة من الأطفال ممن يعلمهم المعلمات المتدربات، بلغ عددهم (70) طفلا وطفلة، وقد تم تطبيق مقياس الاندماج في التعلم عليهم قبل البدء في تطبيق البرنامج، ثم أعيد تطبيق المقياس عليهم بعد تطبيق البرنامج، ومن مقارنة أداء هؤلاء الأطفال في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي، اتضح أن هناك فروقا بين الأدائين وذلك لصالح الأداء البعدي، وهذه الفروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، وكما اتضح من خلال حجم الأثر الذي بلغ (0.92) أن للبرنامج أثر مرتفع على اندماج هؤلاء الأطفال في التعلم. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج فقد أوصى البحث بضرورة تدريب معلمات رياض الأطفال قبل وأثناء الخدمة على استخدام أساليب التقويم البديل، وكذلك تطوير مناهج رياض الأطفال في ضوء متطلبات استراتيجيات وأساليب التقويم البديل. The aim of the research is to build a training program to develop the skills of kindergarten teachers using alternative evaluation methods and to know its impact on the integration of kindergarten children in learning. For the purpose of the research, a list of skills for using alternative evaluation methods, a note card, a measure of integration into learning, and a training program were prepared. The research procedures and results included: Selecting a group of kindergarten teachers of (28) teachers to implement the proposed program on them, and the results of the research showed by comparing the performance of these teachers in the pre and post applications of the note card that there are statistically significant differences between the two performances in favor of the post performance. The effectiveness of this program was also evident in developing the skills of using kindergarten teachers for alternative evaluation methods, and this was proven by calculating the adjusted earnings percentage that came (24.1). In order to know the effect of the program on the integration of kindergarten children into learning, a group of kindergarten children who are taught by the trainee teachers were selected, their number reached (70) children and girls, and the scale of integration into learning was applied to them before starting the application of the program, then the scale was applied again after applying The program, and from comparing the performance of these children in the pre and post applications, it became clear that there are differences between the two performances in favor of the post performance, and these differences are statistically significant, and as evidenced by the effect of (0.92), that the proposed program has a high impact on the integration of children.
