Since the benevolence of the Muslim Ummah is correlated to preservation and protection of the Book of Allah, this research studies the institutions for Quranic education and their contributions towards the development of Yemeni society. The importance of this research lies in reviving the status Institutions for Quranic education, their core missions and to provide an analytical study of the contribution made by Moaz Scientific, Educational and Social Association towards the development of Yemeni society. The researcher has pleaded with the inductive approach to follow the areas of work of the Institutions Quranic education in general, the Moaz Scientific association in particular. Additionally, the study adopts the analytical approach to demonstrate the most important strengths and weaknesses of the current performance of the Moaz Scientific association. One of the most important results of the study is the affirmation that the Holy Quran is a comprehensive way of life for all mankind, and that its message is a message of human values for the world, and that the institutions of Quranic education should hold the values they desire. It also shows that the Moaz Scientific Society has a vision, a message, and long term strategic plans, including the areas of institutional work. Also, there is a clear expansion of educational programs and activities for the society; the study of Sunnah and other Islamic science is still limited, due to the lack of available resources. However; the society has implemented a number of quality humanitarian and social development programs. Therefore, the researcher recommended that individuals be encouraged to join in Quranic Teaching and Learning institutions, to highlight their impact on the development of society, from governments, opinion-makers or media leaders. Also, it is highlighted to take care of scientific studies on the institutions of associations for Quranic education, documenting them, disseminating their findings and implementing from theory to practice, as well as adopting special programs for understanding the Quran, learning its purposes, and leaving only its preservation and review.
