هدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد مهارات التفكير المنتج الواجب توافرها في محتوي كتاب الرياضيات للصف الأول الثانوي، وإلى معرفة مدى توافر هذه المهارات في محتوى الكتاب. وقد تم استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم إعداد قائمة بمهارات التفكير المنتج الواجب توافرها في محتوى كتاب الرياضيات للصف الأول الثانوي تضمنت ثمان مهارات. وبعد التأكد من صدقها، وثباتها تم تحويلها إلى استمارة تحليل استخدمت في تحليل محتوى كتاب الرياضيات للصف الأول الثانوي في اليمن. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن النسبة الإجمالية لتوافر مهارات التفكير المنتج المضمنة في محتوي كتاب الرياضيات للصف الأول الثانوي في اليمن هي (19.19%). وفي ضوء نتائج البحث، تم وضع تصور مقترح لإثراء محتوي كتاب الرياضيات للصف الأول الثانوي في ضوء مهارات التفكير المنتج، كما تم وضع جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات. The purpose of this research was to determine the extent to which the Mathematics textbook of the 11th grade in Yemen includes productive thinking skills. It also determines to know the extent to which these skills are available in the textbook. The researchers used the analytical descriptive method during the analysis stage. To achieve the aims of this research, the researchers prepared a list of productive thinking skills which are supposed to be available in the Mathematics textbooks of the 11th grade. The list includes eight skills. After verifying the reliability and consistency of the list, it has been changed into an analytical form which is used to analyze the content of 11th grade Mathematics text book. The result revealed that the total percentage of the productive thinking skills in the Mathematics textbook of the 11th grade is very low. It is only (19.19%). Based on the result of this research, a vision has been proposed to enrich the content of the 11th grade Mathematics book. Suggestions and recommendations have been made in this regard.
