تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستويات الضغوط النفسية لدى تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الثانوي، حيث استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لملائمته طبيعة الدراسة. تألفت عينة الدراسة من 60 تلميذ وتلميذة، وبغرض جمع المعلومات تم استخدام مقياس الضغوط النفسية المؤلف من 24 عبارة، ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا تم استخدام كل من المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري وكذا اختبار تحليل التباين لمعرفة الفروق بين المستويات الدراسية الثلاثة. توصل الباحثان إلى أن مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى تلاميذ السنة الثانية والأولى ثانوي يقع عند مستوى منخفض، بينما مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة يقع عند مستوى مرتفع. The study aims to identify the levels of psychological stress among secondary education students, where the researchers used in this study the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the study, and the study sample consisted of 60 male and female students. In order to collect information, the psychological stress scale consisting of 24 phrases was used, and to process the data statistically, both the arithmetic mean and standard deviation were used, as well as the analysis of variance test to find out the differences between the three school levels, and the researchers finally found that the level of psychological stress among students of the second and first year of secondary school is located at a low level, while the level of psychological stress among students of the third year is located at a high level.
