استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بطريقة العلاقات الارتباطية المتبادلة، والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات. تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة المسح الشامل، حيث بلغت عدد عينة الدراسة (40) موظف وموظفة، ومن أهم النتائج توجد علاقة طردية ضعيفة بين النمط القيادي الديمقراطي وسلوك المواطنة، كما توجد علاقة طردية متوسطة بين النمط القيادي الحر وسلوك المواطنة، ولا توجد علاقة بين النمط الديكتاتوري وسلوك المواطنة لدى موظفي معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية. The researcher used the descriptive approach by the method of correlational interrelationships, and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data and information. The study sample was chosen using the comprehensive survey method, as the number of the study sample reached (40) male and female employees, and among the most important results there is a weak direct relationship between the democratic leadership style and the behavior of citizenship, as well as There is a moderate direct relationship between the free leadership style and the behavior of citizenship, and there is no relationship between the dictatorial style and the behavior of citizenship among the employees of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities.
