This study aimed to know the degree of possession emotional skills intelligence of educational leadership in girls' schools in Dawadmi province, as well as the identification of statistical significance in the degree of educational leaders to possess the skills of emotional intelligence which are attributed to the variables of years of experience and qualifications. The researcher used the descriptive, analytical method, also used the questionnaire tool to collect data related to the study of society of all principals of schools for girls in Dawadmi province and their number was (181) school principals, and the sample size of the study reached (50) directors, in order to achieve the study objectives. The study led to set of results, the most prominent of which were: the presence of high-matching between the study sample to acquire the skills of emotional intelligence as personal and subjective skills, technical skills, human skills, in addition to some cognitive and conceptual skills. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences among the individuals of the study in responses according to a variable number of experience years in personal and subjective skills, technical skills, human skills, cognitive and conceptual skills, as well as there were not statistically significant differences between individuals of the responses according to qualification variable in personal and subjective skills, technical skills and human skills, while the results showed a statistically significant differences among the individuals of the study in responses according to diploma qualification at the center of personal and subjective skills. The study recommended the promotion of emotional intelligence skills of educational leaders in girls' schools by including faculties of education curricula with all that support emotional intelligence skills of graduates.
