The main aim of the effectiveness of a program based on multimedia in the light of quality standards mastery learning of creative thinking skills of kindergarten child, caring and upbringing of kindergarten’s child is an issue interested by the developed countries. This age stage in the child's life acquired titles with educational communications. It represents the formative years of his life in the future, the golden years, and the years of activating the human senses. This period, therefore, became an integral part of the educational stages, and these years in children’s lives have acquired special attention and care in many educational systems and tried to the current study to answer the main aim. This research has proved the correction of some supposes: 1) There is difference statistically shows the average degrees of the children in an experimental group which uses the programme which based on multimedia and the experimental groups which are taught using traditional method in the perfection of teaching the skill of accuracy for the good of the experimental group. 2) There is deference or distinction in the perfection of teaching the skill of flexibility for the good of the experimental group. 3) There is deference or distinction in the perfection of teaching the skill of essence for the good of the experimental group. The current search found the following results: 1) The program me which based on multimedia in the light of quality criteria to the perfection learning in the skill of creative thinking for the elided of the kindergarten with its demission's (accuracy flexibility - essence) for some learning activities where there is difference statistically shows where there is difference statistically shows the average of degrees of statistically shows. 2) The average of degrees of estimation for children Who use the program and the control system group which is thought using the tradition method for the good of the experimental group?. 3) Using untraditional methods in learning processes which help in the perfection in learning activities in use. 4) Using untraditional programs such as multimedia helping in the perfection in Learning the skills of creative thinking and that will come a desire for the children to learn.
