The research aims to identify the reality of community partnership in public educational institutions and constraints applied from the opinion of school leaders the search , has been used descriptive and analytical approach, researchers using a questionnaire consists of (22) items and applied to (52) leader of the school, accounting for (67,5%) school leaders in the west of the city of Riyadh, it has been applied during first semester of the year 1437-1438 AH, the study found that the reality of community partnership in public education institutions from the perspective of school leaders came moderation, and there was the approval of the restrictions applied, Including (lack of supporting training programs for activating the role of community partnership). No statistically differences between the average responses of the members of the study depending on difference variables (educational qualification, years of experience). (Published abstract)
