The aim of the current research is to identify the problems of field training with the kindergarten teacher and the student at the College of Education for Early Childhood also in the light of some societal issues (the issue of the new curriculum - the number of children inside the activity halls - modern technology). The current research followed the descriptive analytical approach, and was used The questionnaire as a tool to identify the problems of field training among the teachers, and another questionnaire to identify the problems of field training from the point of view of the student teacher, and the size of the research sample was (60) female teachers, (100) female students from the third and fourth year students at the Faculty of Education for Children A ball, i.e. the total number of the research sample reached (160), and the results reached the presence of some problems among female teachers and students, including the fact that the density of the number of children inside the activity halls prevents the achievement of the goals of the new curriculum, as well as the lack of basic infrastructure of technological means in many kindergartens in addition to the presence of deficiencies some teachers and students are very serious in understanding and applying the new curriculum.
