The study aimed to determine the relationship between quality of work life (QWL) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), the differences between kindergarten teachers in Egypt and Saudi Arabia in QWL and OCB according to the age and experience, and the predicted dimensions of OCB to the QWL. The sample included 52-Egyptian teachers (M= 35.36, SD= 6.32), and 56-Saudi teachers (M= 37.25, SD= 5.44). The QWL-scale and OCB-scale were used. The study showed positive statistically significant correlation between the QWL and the OCB among the Egyptian and Saudi teachers. In addition, there are no statistically significant differences between the Egyptian and Saudi teachers in the QWL and the OCB, and its sub-dimensions; except the job satisfaction, Sportsmanship and the full OCB, where there are significant differences favoring the Saudi teachers. Also, there are no statistically significant differences in the QWL and OCB according to the age levels or experience levels among Egyptian and Saudi teachers; except the first, second and fourth dimensions of QWL, where that there are significant differences among the Egyptian teachers according to the age levels, favour the largest age and largest experience. Also, showed that the achievement and altruism of OCB among the Egyptian teachers, and the sportsmanship and the full OCB among the Saudi teaches were predicted to the QWL. (Published abstract)
